Can the AdChoices bar be removed from Outlook.com?

Office 365 and Outlook.com are two separate services.  Outlook.com will have the ads.  I don't know about Office 365 because I don't have an account there.

As a subscriber of Office 365 I thought that I wouldn't have the Adchoices bar but I do.

Is that normal?

In order to hide that grey bar, follow the steps below:

1. Go to "More mail settings"
2. In the "Reading email" section, click "Content from third-party networks"
3. In the "Showing public content" section, click "Don't show public content from third-party networks"
4. Click "Save"

And that's all!

You're using your web browser's print function.  That's the wrong way to print in Outlook.com.  Instead, select the message you wish to print, click the ellipsis (three dots) at the right end of the menu bar, and select Print from the pop-up menu you'll see.

I understand that you cannot print coupons poperly because of the ads that you are seeing on your account. Let me further assist you with your concern.

If you check the buttons on your screen, you will be seeing three buttons on the right part of the message that looks like the image below:

Click on the third button (one that is encircled) and the ads that you are seeing on the right column will be temporarily hidden. Also, double clicking on the message will give you full view of the message. How are you printing the coupons from your Inbox? Ads should not be included on the hard copy and you should only see the email content itself.
