Teams is almost killing my laptop. Here's an example:
Is there anything can do to reduce Teams' memory usage?
Or do I just need to buy more memory?

Thanks. Pls provide a screen shot that shows what was saved with Razer Cortex. The screenshot does not show much.
I didn't find a solution from Microsoft. but found a resolution with 3rd party apps. I use "Razer Cortex" app to optimize the RAM and its doing a good job.
I still have this issue on surface pro's
I cant believe there is still no resolution for this issue. It literally kills the PC when you make a video call
In practice, Teams hogs memory but it doesn't seem to affect performance on a standard machine. I can't speak for others troubles, but in my experience it looks greedy in Task Manager, but actual impact is vague if noticeable.

My computer is anything but basic. I can tell you what is basic, and that is the lead time put on this issue from MS is shameful during this Pandemic out-break, you think this with a need by the PC community, and for them to resolve quickly. But no, this is not the way of MS.
