Shared Mailbox in new Outlook

as far i know its currently not possible to set inbox of shared Mails as Favorit?

they are hidden in a subfolder "Shared with me" or something (in German its "Für mich Freigegeben")

Is this feature planned?

we work alot with shared mailboxes and for people this is realy annoying

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum. I hope you're doing well.

    I understand that you have concern about the shared mailbox in new Outlook if it would be possible to be put in the favorites. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

    With regards to your concern, we will investigate first on our end if this feature is available or not on the new Outlook.

    In the meantime, I would like to know what is the exact name of the version of the Office application you have? Is it Microsoft 365 Family/Personal or Business? See this article for instructions: About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support

    What is the configuration of your email on Outlook? Is it on IMAP, POP or Microsoft Exchange?

    When i Rightclick on the Shared Mailbox the menu quickly appears but then instantly vanishes.

    There is no option to add it to favorites as far i can see.

    If i go to Add Favorite option in the Favorit section i can type "Posteingang" and only the Mailboxes that that are from an Account can be added. the Shared Mailboxes "Posteingang" is not showing up and cannot be added

    And also, kindly provide us a screenshot of the options you are seeing when trying to move the shared folder to your favorites. You can right click on the shared folder that you would like to be in your favorites and take a screenshot. Please hash any sensitive information that would be included on the screenshot.
