AutoUpdate Error - One or more update packages could not be downloaded

I have been having this issue for a couple months around the same time I upgraded to OS X High Sierra (10.13).  Whenever I try to update using auto update I receive the following message: "One or more update packages could not be downloaded.  Please try again.".

I have tried a normal uninstall, the full uninstall, and removal of license but nothing works.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have been able to manually update various office applications by waiting until the non insider updates are available online and downloading those packages.  I would like to resolve this issue so that I can start using auto update tool and receive the insider slow updates as well.

    Hi CRCWC,

16.9 (180116) is the latest Slow version available. To clarify, you manually downloaded and installed that version?

    Hi Jesse,

Yes I went to the website, downloaded each update separately (word, excel, powerpoint, etc), and updated them.  Not sure what to say regarding slow version vs. what's available on the website (link below)

Thanks for the update. The page you linked shows the Production updates rather than the Insider updates. The version you've installed is the latest update for Insider Slow, so you shouldn't have any further updates available currently. Once a new Slow Build is available, let us know if the auto-update issue persists.

    Hi Jesse,

My computer prompted me to install a slow build version of Word and PowerPoint today and the issue is still happening.  Please see three images below.
