I have been unable to open any of my Office 365 applications and since I have not been able to export an .olm file from Outlook I do not want to uninstall Outlook and do a clean reinstall of my Office 365 suite because I will lose a lot of information in Outlook (preferences, signatures, calendar items stored on My Computer, etc). Since I cannot open any Office applications I cannot use the update function to see if it was a Fast Build update problem. Thus I was happy to find an article where I could manually install the updates via the Terminal utility (./msupdate --install). Unfortunately, when I run the command lines, I get the following: "Queued updates:
OPIM2019
XCEL2019
ONMC2019
MSWD2019"
I am not sure what to do with this information because it does not seem to be actually downloading the updates. I have tried restarting the computer but that does not change anything as the Terminal reports after I put in the command line again that updates are available and they have been queued. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I cannot launch any of the Office apps and do not know how to run the AutoUpdater unless I do it through a specific Office app.
On the Mac, installing Office updates is basically installing a new version. Can you launch any of the other Office apps, even OneNote or the AutoUpdater and check for updates? These should install a new version or fix for Outlook while preserving your settings.
