Even when PDF export quality is set to high - the images on the PPT are blurry when using PDF export.  The images are fine in the PPT itself.

Choose Help>Check for Updates and in that dialog, check Join the Office Insider program to get early access to new releases. Then choose Office Insider Slow for fairly well-tested code or Office Insider Fast for advanced features with more bugs. Don't choose the latter on a computer you use to get work done.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, due to the recent regression!

This issue has been fixed in Insider Slow channel since build 16.15 (180701) and in Insider Fast channel since build 16.16 (180702), and it should reach the rest of our users soon. Please update your builds and let us know if the problem is not fully resolved.

Again, thank you for helping us improve our product!

Thanks!

Lishan

I am facing the same exact issue after my recent update to 16.9. When I export documents to PDF, the images are blurry. This is occurring with documents that are unchanged and previously exported without issue.

This is a massive issue and is severely affecting my ability to produce necessary documents. Clearly it's affecting many others as well. Please listen to your customers and provide a fix now, Microsoft!!!

Thanks. I’ll look for 16.10 and keep older version goong until then.

Yes, the effect of blurring is somewhat random in terms of JPG or PNG. Old images or freshly created, etc.
