I have migrated my labels from AIP to Security and Compliance in Office365. I have published the labels and have label policy. I have Office 2019 for Mac version 16.21 from Insider FastTrack so its completely up to date as of this post. Yet I still get no icon in any of my office applications on the Mac. I am logged in to the application using my Office365 account. Any suggestions?

Hi
It's hard to tell, but I think Jesse is asking you to make sure you are actually logged into your Office 365 in Word. To do that, in Word go to File > New from Template to display the template gallery.
Click the circle in the upper left part of the gallery and check your login information. If you're not signed in, then sign in.
If you are signed in, sign out then restart your Mac, and then sign in again.
The Word (or Outlook, etc) client itself will need to be a part of an O365 subscription to see the feature available in client.

This feature requires an Office 365 subscription per the support article for the feature. A single-time purchase Office 2019 license would not include this feature.

Sorry I left that out. I have an AIP plan 1 and Exchange Online Plan 1
