How can I look less red on Team calls?

I have a new macbook pro (14" M3) and find that when I use teams I look much redder than normal, like I've a sunburn. I don't have this problem using google meets. Is there some way to adjust the settings so my face looks normal in meetings?
I have the latest version of Teams. I've tried going to Teams settings and switching from FaceTime HD camera to my iphone and it's even worse. I've tried it with green screen on and off and adjusting brightness. Thanks in advance for your help

From Microsoft Engineering we want to provide an update on this issue. Thank you all for reporting this problem and we appreciate your feedback and insights. 

As several reported, Teams desktop shows a red tint for video rendered in meeting stage, which is easier to notice when viewing preview video stream. The team found a problem with how the video rendering was configured for displays with certain profiles, resulting in wrong color space adjustment. A fix for this was released in Teams Client version 24267.700.3135.7488, that is now rolled out to all users and clouds as of January 12th 2025. 

Although this change improves the experience for majority of the scenarios and make the tones more accurate where viewing video feeds in Mac devices, there are still certain cases that can result in wrong color adjustment, especially when viewing Mac camera in remote machines or with multiple displays with different presets. Our team is working towards keep addressing remaining scenarios with more changes through the upcoming months.

    My experience is similar to many on this thread. Thank you, JoshuaMcLoughlin1 for a great example with photos that is identical to my experience. The traditionally-installed Teams rich client application on Mac OS X across has a decidedly red tint on every version of Mac OS I've seen over the past few years. Mac OS does not have native UI controls to modify the image processing of live video from the built-in camera (so please everyone, kindly refrain from offering that solution again and again unless Microsoft adds that function--which would be terrific).

    On the other hand, using the very same hardware, the web version of Teams does not suffer from this problem, although there is not feature parity between the installed Teams app and web versions, so you give up some feature capability to deal with this problem via browser. As one example--the behavior of the blur background feature behaves noticeably different between the two versions.

    Or alternatively, if Microsoft made an accommodation within Teams to accept feeds from virtual cameras in lieu of the built-in camera, several of the virtual camera utilities already on the market offer the user a means to shift the color balance, tint, saturation and more. I use one such utility, but Teams does not recognize its output.

    Help us out, Microsoft. I don't look like a tomato, but people who I've never met in person probably think so.

    I had been having exactly the same issues which was driving me crazy but after scanning all the forums it seems like its a Teams App issue on Mac. Tried it on the teams web browser instead of the app and it looks normal again.

    i believe this is only happening on the camera display of the same computer and not on the "other side" - so other people dont see us red-faced, which at least makes me use the camera again in teams, but its still quite annoying to constantly see yourself like this.

    Same issue for me. It's bizarre that Teams doesn't have any color adjustment controls in their video settings.
