Teams on iPad video rotated 90 degrees when using external display (iPad OS 16.2)

Hi all, I have a strange issue when using an external display (Dell S2721DS connected via USB-C to HDMI cable) on an iPad Pro M1 11".

If Teams is on the external display (extended, not mirrored), my outgoing video is rotated 90 degrees so I appear sideways to others in the call. When I move the Teams app to the iPad display it reverts back to the correct orientation.

This is also happening with Zoom, but not FaceTime. Can anyone else replicate this behaviour, or does anyone know a fix for it?

    Same issue. Unbelievable more than half a year passed with critical error making it impossible to use Teams properly with external screen. What a joke.

    I have the same issue, and it is reproducing with other video calling applications, such as slack, chime or google.

    It seems to be an apple bug?
