Teams on iPad video rotated 90 degrees when using external display (iPad OS 16.2)

Hi all, I have a strange issue when using an external display (Dell S2721DS connected via USB-C to HDMI cable) on an iPad Pro M1 11".

If Teams is on the external display (extended, not mirrored), my outgoing video is rotated 90 degrees so I appear sideways to others in the call. When I move the Teams app to the iPad display it reverts back to the correct orientation.

This is also happening with Zoom, but not FaceTime. Can anyone else replicate this behaviour, or does anyone know a fix for it?

    Thanks for the quick reply, but the rotation lock solution doesn't work in this case.

    Hi leeshengfung, that seems like a similar issue but there isn't actually a solution at that link, just a recommendation to use Teams in a browser instead of the native client. I did try using Teams in the Safari browser and it has the same problem of the video being rotated 90 degrees.
