Gif button has gone missing. How do I get it back?

I appear to be the only one on our team (suddenly and inexplicably) missing the Gif button on my Teams desktop App/browser. It appears the same when I log on via edge. Where has my GIF button gone and how do I get it back?

    TEAMS SETTING PRIVACY= CHECK BOX "OPTIONAL CONNECTED EXPERIENCE" Resolved issue
