I am experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Teams app on my iPad Pro M4. When I open the camera for video calls, the camera in landscape view is upside down. I am sorry I didn’t understand your point! We are talking about the problem of using Teams with iPad Pro M4, how to connect another camera?! And as per explained in my post at the beginning this problem only occurs in Microsoft Teams; other apps like FaceTime, Google Meet, Zoom or Telegram do not exhibit this issue and work properly.

Try using a different camera to determine if the problem is with the camera itself or the device settings.
