Manually Hide Teams Tool Bar during Presentations, or move it out of the way

Y'all closed the last thread about this so I'm opening a new one. The problem is still the same and the implementation still gets in the way of people doing business with your tool. What I don't understand is why the previous thread was closed with so many people over years complaining of the same problem. The toolbar getting in the way leads to wasted time telling others to wait to proceed so you can see what is on the screen. Come on, Microsoft, you can fix this.

A new post to reflect that this has been discussed and responded to numerous times in the thread "Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)". Despite being in the 'answered' state, this is still a major problem. The core problem is not related to screen shots, but usage in general.

The Teams Tool Bar is constantly in the way of presentations. Either my own, or the presenters. A mechanism is required to allow the user to manually hide, move or pin elsewhere the Teams Tool bar. 

Please fix.

    and I augmented the answer:

    Took me a while, but yes it works, but to clarify, it's not enough to make the Sharing toolbar appear, it's about clicking ON the toolbar (ie make it the active part of the window) then type Ctrl-W and it disappears.
    (you said "bottom left-hand corner of the toolbar." - I find clicking the time clock on the Sharing Toolbar to be the most innocuous part to click to make it 'active'.

    THANKS now I can see my Browser tabs without the Sharing toolbar obscuring them...

    and apparently, on Macs, it's Cmd-W ...

    THIS ^^

    Everyone presenting across my organization has to say, "hang on, I can't get to that browser tab, the toolbar is in the way". Can't find a use case for having the functionality of the toolbar, please remove it as the default and allow it to be used in settings.

    Hoover at the top until the large black bar appears. Once it does, I click in the bottom left-hand corner of the toolbar. Then click CTRL+w and it will disappear until you re-share your screen again.

    I use New Teams and what do is:

    1. click on anywhere on the bar that is not a button or the pin itself
    2. then press CTRL+W
    3. bingo! it is gone :-)

    Thank you Daniel, but we're not having the success with the "CTRL+W" that appears to be working for other users. Note: We are running Office 365

    Is anyone aware of any other way to accomplish the "hide"?

    Be aware though, that this physically closes that aspect with no means to get it back. When wanting to switch off sharing once this has gone, it is necessary to get back to the Teams call itself and then switch off sharing from there.
