I have notice that the spell check seems to be broken on the new Teams version. The incorrectly spelled word still gets underlined in red, and a suggestion list populates as it used to, but the suggestions are ridiculous. A perfect example is the word "definitely".

Not cool to use the user community as beta testers! At least give us a way to communicate issues. I usually jump on the latest versions or previews but I am going to think twice with MS!
Can Microsoft stop trying to force us to use this terrible version?
All my users are on Windows 11, with latest Teams/Office and are affected by this dictionary issue. The words Teams is suggesting are not even english words....
Still bad for me, no matter what version of the English language I use.
"Woild you like to..." and I am getting Walid, Wield, and Weald, both in Teams and in this comment box so definitely not just a Teams thing.
Same thing for me. I only see the issue in Teams both New and Classic. Simple words such as Thee and jjust it gives options but nothing close to correct. Glad to know I am not alone, and the fix is in the works but as someone else said, 3 Months????
