Delete a Plan in New Teams Planner

For those who are still having this issue, at this current point in time you still can't delete a plan directly through teams, but you can do it through the Planner web app in the browser. I was able to do so by following these steps:

1. Go to the Teams channel where the plan is located.
2. Click on the dropdown of the "Tasks" tab at the top of the channel (or whatever plan you are trying to delete).
3. Click "Open in browser" to open the plan in your browser.
4. Click the 3 dots at the upper middle of the screen, next to Grid, Board, Charts, Schedule, Timeline.
5. Click "Plan Settings".
6. At the bottom of the side pane, click "Delete this plan".
7. Check "I understand that this plan and all of its tasks will be permanently deleted", then click "Delete".

Just a note, it won't necessarily be called "Tasks" - the tab name will be whatever you called the plan. Also, you should be able to delete the plan through the Tasks web app (https://tasks.office.com/), if you created the plan through the new Teams planner app:

1. Go to https://tasks.office.com/
2. On the left of the screen (desktop mode), select the plan you are trying to delete (you may have to click "Show More")
   
3. Click the 3 dots at the upper middle of the screen, next to Grid, Board, Charts, Schedule, Timeline.
4. Click "Plan Settings".
5. At the bottom of the side pane, click "Delete this plan".
6. Check "I understand that this plan and all of its tasks will be permanently deleted", then click "Delete".
