Unfortunately, the solution I mentioned earlier didn’t work after all. While I was able to make a few short calls successfully, the issue reappeared during a longer call (around 15 minutes).

It seems the problem persists. I’ll continue investigating and will update if I find any other potential fixes.

I am also experiencing this issue, both on macOS 15.2 and Windows 11 24H2. I use Teams at a corporate level and am subscribed to several Teams groups, some of which have configured apps.

I went to the "Manage your apps" option and noticed that some of these apps, including Personal Apps, required updates. I applied the updates, made a couple of calls, and so far, the error hasn’t occurred again.

I’m not sure if it’s too early to claim victory, but I wanted to share this tip. If the problem happens again, I will report back here.
