Microsoft Teams Room version 5.2.115.0 bug: Teams Room account can't login

Hello,

I work as an AV integrator and we currently have roughly 100 Microsoft Teams Room machines installed.

Since last tuesday we have been notified of multiple rooms (10 so far) where the Microsoft Teamsroom account cannot login.

All these rooms have in commen that the Microsoft Teams Room application has been updated (automatically) to version 5.2.115.0

Previous versions of the Microsoft Teams Room application do not show these issues.

Is there a way we can downgrade these machines to an older working version?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Our rooms started working as of yesterday. We reset the Teams Room app, removed the assigned license, left it overnight, and then reassigned the license.

    Just to make sure we are doing things right;

    1. Reset the app
    2. Remove the license
    3. Leave it over night
    4. Assign the license
    5. Log in to the Roomsystem > manual setup

Can you please confirm this procedure?

I tried all these steps and also did an Update to Windows 11 to the latest Windows Version, but it is still stuck on the following screen after some minutes:

    Here are the versions:

The device is a Lenovo Thinksmart Hub 500 and Windows 10 Enterprise was installed - later updated to Windows 11 Enterprise.

Whatever login details I enter, it always ends into the same message above - even wrong login details end to the same message.
It looks like the App does not try to login at all since the newest App Version Update to 5.2.115.0

I tried the reset and licence removal (waited 4 hours and then gave the licence back) - still the same.
I don't think that is is a licence issue and it is probably a bugged App Release.

Trying to install now the Windows 10 IOT Base image to a USB-stick and fully reset the device from the Lenovo USBRecoveryCreator.
Maybe the IOT App Version for Teams Room System is working....
