Hello,
I work as an AV integrator and we currently have roughly 100 Microsoft Teams Room machines installed.
Since last tuesday we have been notified of multiple rooms (10 so far) where the Microsoft Teamsroom account cannot login.
All these rooms have in commen that the Microsoft Teams Room application has been updated (automatically) to version 5.2.115.0
Previous versions of the Microsoft Teams Room application do not show these issues.
Is there a way we can downgrade these machines to an older working version?
Hope to hear from you soon.

We are not aware of any further reasons why the app would suddenly fail to launch after installation of 5.2.115.0, please open Microsoft support cases with logs so the engineering team can investigate further.
I have the same problem with Creston machines where we have this on our customer sites.
The previous version worked just fine, so I had to roll back to this one.
I hope Microsoft test the applications before release it .... For sure they didn't test it.
We got Asus PCs from Creston with this issue.
Could you release another app ASAP please?
This issue description is about a different error message "Teams is experiencing an error."
Issue Description:
You update the Teams Rooms app on your Teams Rooms for Windows device to version 5.2.115.0. As soon as the update is installed, the device console displays the following error message:
Teams is experiencing an error.
Even after restarting the device, the Teams Rooms app doesn't start.
Our message says the following: "It's taking longer than expected. We'll keep trying. You can restart or contact your admin."
So that means these are two separate issues.
