Double beep when muted on Teams Shokz Headset

Hello

I see a lot of threads and people moaning about Double beep when muted on Teams when using a Shokz headset which is the problem I have. (Headset previously called AfterShokz)

I use a work computer so do not have admin rights, and muting shoks headset by pressing the +/- volume keys does not stop the beeping noise.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Teams recently updated and holding the volume up and down buttons simultaneously is no longer working to take it out of mute mode while on mute in teams and get the beeping while on mute in teams. Any other suggestions or work arounds? Thanks.

    I just ran into this as well. Holding the up/down buttons was annoying, but workable. The latest Teams update broke this now, and I'm back to this horribly obnoxious double beep that is driving me up the wall.

    MS - This is a Teams issue. Not Aftershokz. It used to work fine. Then you broke it. Then you broke the workaround. Please for the love of all that is holy, fix this before I have to sit through another meeting listening to an obnoxiously loud beeping.

    I'll have to look again later. You're the only one I'm aware of that it hasn't worked for.

    Yes that's picture I snipped was from the Microsoft Teams.

    I think most people has this problem with Microsoft Teams, and some solved this problem with above method, some not....

    Microsoft Teams should solve this problem as it did not happen before.....
