Double beep when muted on Teams Shokz Headset

Hello

I see a lot of threads and people moaning about Double beep when muted on Teams when using a Shokz headset which is the problem I have. (Headset previously called AfterShokz)

I use a work computer so do not have admin rights, and muting shoks headset by pressing the +/- volume keys does not stop the beeping noise.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes that's picture I snipped was from the Microsoft Teams.

I think most people has this problem with Microsoft Teams, and some solved this problem with above method, some not....

Microsoft Teams should solve this problem as it did not happen before.....

You must be doing something wrong then. Because it does work. I use it daily for multiple meetings with no issue.

This is what happened if I ticked off the Handsfree Telephony

In my case, this method did not work because your microphone is not working, therefore you cannot say anything.

of course the beep sound is gone but what's the point if you cannot communicate back!?!
