Teams Approval - An unexpected server error occurred

Hello,

i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

    Thanks for the answer. I've tried various existing templates. But there is still an error when inserting attachments. "An unexpected server error occurred."

    Hi,

    Is it also happening to your other templates? If not and only happens to one specific template, I would suggest trying to create a new template with the same content and see how it goes.

    for the meantime disable the attachment required, its a bug.

    Hello,

    I have problems with teams approval. When I make an approval and attach data, when submit send for a while an error appears pop up "something went wrong. wait a bit, then try again". Please help for my case.
