Teams Approval - An unexpected server error occurred

Hello,

i'm facing an issue in the Teams approval app while sending requests. getting an "unexpected server issue". Other customized templates also do not respond when sending requests. Can anyone suggest what the issue was and how to troubleshoot?

    We have the same issue at our organization as well. The error comes up only when an attachment is involved. No resolution so far.

    We are having the same issue.

    Like Arnel had found, it does allow you to send an Approval if you remove 'Required Attachment' from your template.
    (we need this functionality tho)

    I have a ticket logged with MS - will let you know if I get an update.
