hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    This works for me too.

    Though, this is not a Jabra issue, I had this issue with my Jabra and it annoyed me so much I bought a new headset. Yealink.. it has the same issue, but using the volume up down after muting works for this headset too.

    Microsoft, please fix!

    I have this same issue with a Surface Laptop 5, running Windows 11. My headset is a Jabra Evolve2 85.

    The mute all on microphone mute problem has been apparent since setting up the machine, and has not been resolved with any updates through Windows Update. The machine is currently running 10.0.22631 Build 22631 which is the latest through this update channel. There is of course no easy way to roll back a driver when the laptop already comes with Windows 11 out of the box.

    It seems to me there is a fundamental incompatibility caused by the combined audio control, whereas on Windows 10 I could select which Bluetooth audio profile I wanted to use. That this is an issue on Microsoft's own device is pretty difficult to get my head around.

    If there was a way to ensure this was escalated to Microsoft for a fix that would be ideal, but that does not seem to be the case. This is a very expensive headset, and works fine with MacOS, iPhone, Android, even Windows 10.

    PLEASE FIX.

    a workaround is that after you raise the mic boom arm, click on the lower volume button on the headset (while the Arm still up) the audio will come back live.

    is not perfect, was not how it was working until early December, but at least is a work around to still have wireless headset (via PC Bluetooth) without the Jabra's dongle plugged on a port,,

    Update on June 19

    Today, Dell pushed to updates to my network driver and the Jabra Went bananas again.

    the workaround still work for me. if I raise the Microphone up, everything goes Mute. I click on the headset volume up and down and up and audio come back

    I do the Up, down, up because if volume is on Max, the up alone would not bring back the voices, so I do Volume Up and down and up.
