When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mute me completely and I cannot hear anyone talking?

hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    rollback driver seems to be disabled - any other suggestions on this?

    Thanks - this worked for me too. Would be great if Jabra could recognise this is an issue and fix it properly though.

    I had similar issue and I noticed that I paired jabra headset with my laptop bluetooth, rather then bluetooth dongle from Jabra. Once I paried it via Jabra Direct it worked as expected - maybe try that in case you didn't yet?
