When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mute me completely and I cannot hear anyone talking?

It worked also for me, without the dongle. Even the mute button is working. Both mic button and the arm mutes me, although it does not shows the mute icon, but it was like this before.

I had the same issue. The problem is the "Inter Smart Sound Technology" driver.

• Download the latest driver from Intel (e.g. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19800/intel-smart-sound-technology-intel-sst-driver-for-intel-nuc-11-compute-element.html).
• Open "Device Manager" and go to "Sound, video and game controllers".
• Double-click on SST Bluetooth Audio driver and update manually - make sure you click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" and then choose your downloaded driver "IntcBTAu.inf"
• Do the same for SST Digital Microphones ("IntcDMic.inf")

You're all set.

Unfortunately the unmute is not shown if you push the mic up but at least it works.

I was facing the same issue with my jabra evolve2 65 mic. (my laptop is a HP ZBook Power 15,6 inch G9 (4T501AV) - Windows 10 Pro 22H2)

Now it works perfectly with :

* realtek driver 6.0.9462.1 (downloaded from the HP support website : https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-zbook-power-15.6-inch-g9-mobile-workstation-pc/2101006080/model/2101006088/swItemId/ob-306901-1?sku=6B8A9EA )

* Intel smart sound for Bluetooth Audio driver version 10.29.0.8854 (downloaded from https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=Intel%c2%ae+Smart+Sound+Technology+for+USB+Audio)

Note : Only upgrading realtek driver is not working because in the bundle we only get the Intel SST driver in version 10.29.00.7919.

Which driver version and where/how did you get it from? I checked both HP and Intel website but could not find any newer version than 10.29.0.7767
