When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mute me completely and I cannot hear anyone talking?

hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I had a similar issue with my Jabra Evolve 75.

    In my particular case flipping the mic up and pressing the volume down button did nothing. On the other hand flipping the mic up and pressing the volume up button solved the issue.

    I had similar issue and I noticed that I paired jabra headset with my laptop bluetooth, rather then bluetooth dongle from Jabra. Once I paried it via Jabra Direct it worked as expected - maybe try that in case you didn't yet?
