Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    For anyone following my saga... Microsoft support sent more suggestions. Of the 4, I'd tried 3 already. But then they suggested trying to log in from a different profile (which I happened to have, but never use).

    There it was-- the giphy button!!

    My IT guys had already dug into my global account, "role' (so permissions) and everything looked fine. But this means it's something about *my* profile. Hopefully I'll be able to update with their solution...and it will help others.

    Tried to delete the following file and it brought back the GIF and sticker option, but need to follow up Monday to see if it stuck or disappeared.

    deleted this folder and restart teams.. C:\Users\userid\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    Check your Emoji icon. That is where I found mine had been moved to. Along with "Stickers"

    Follow up from last week. Confirmed that this is still working and GIFs and Stickers are still showing
