Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    You need to follow these steps:

    1. Enable Optional Connected Experiences in Settings->Privacy
    2. Sign-out (click your avatar at the top-right and click Sign Out)
      1. Simply closing or quitting the Teams app is not sufficient.
    3. Sign back in again.

    This worked for me. I had to close the application after and reopen and they all showed up. Thank you

    If you press the windows key & the period key at the same time, the search box pops up with the gif options there.

    Oh, I got so hopeful...but nope! (I'm on a Mac)-- a window did open to a list of keyboard shortcuts but there was nothing for GIFs. :(

    This is what comes up when I press the windows key & . together... I can click on the GIF at the top or I can just search and they pop up... You don't get the same options? Image

    When I hit 'command' (Mac version of 'windows'), this is the first thing that comes up, and then what I get if I click "keyboard shortcuts at the top:
