Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

Hi, all....this was happening at work and out IT team determined that a recent update to the GIF picker feature contained a configuration issue leading to impact. They pdated the associated configuration and now it seems to work. I'm not sure if that helps any of you at all, but wanted to share.
I would be nice to know exactly what they did, so we can replicate it?

Somehow this issue resolved itself 24 hours later.
Giphy is back now. Maybe a pending update at my organization.
