Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    This worked for me! Now I can click on the emoji icon and it's there now! Thank you for this, as I lost gif yesterday and tried all the things. This one definitley worked! So strange this is happening to so many people right now.

    This worked for us as well, looks like gifs got moved to the combined menu!

    This isn't even showing up for my organization.

    I tried the deletion of the folder, too. Only thing that works is Windows key + . A workaround works. I guess I'm luckier than the people that the workaround doesn't work for.

    Looks like this public preview finally got the combined emoji/gif menu to display. (after I ticked the box and restarted teams).

    Now to see if it stays there.
