Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    Hello Thomas,

    You need to enable Optional Connected Experiences to allow Giphys in conversations.

    If your admin has given you the ability to use optional connected experiences in Teams, you can go to Settings > Privacy in Teams and choose whether you want to use optional connected experiences.

    This was happening to me. So i turned off the new Teams, went in under the old Teams, and then went back to the new Teams. Presto! Gifs etc are back!
