Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    Nope, mine still looks like this:

    But it works fine with the old teams:

    Update: after I deleted that folder and restarted teams, after 5 minutes I got an update button on the top of teams, which then restarted it and I got the GIF option back again in the new teams. How annoying

    *** UPDATE ***

    It worked for a bit, now it's back to not having the GIF option.

    Try clicking on the Emoji icon. If it updated like mine Emoji's, GIFs & Stickers will call be in that icon now.

    I tried this, it did not populate the Gif symbol/button after doing so. Please advise on any other ideas you may have.

    I still have several people missing the gif option. Even under the emoji icon.
