My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams. They have no problem with other programs, and also work on teams on my phone.

They connect fine and I can see that they are selected in the teams settings. The app is also on the list of apps that can access the microphone and so on.

Furthermore I have disconnected them and reconnected them several times, I have also deleted Teams and installed once agin. Nothing works!!!!

It works fine otherwise and with other headphones.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday doing allll of the steps I've found in every forum and I think rolling back the intel bluetooth driver worked for me. I did a test run with teams, Settings > Devices > Make a test call, and everything worked for the first time since this all started a few months back. I havent had an actual teams call to test it but this is promising. I think some things work for some people, and others work for some, its not a one fix works for all type of thing.

Windows Key + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Driver > Rollback Driver. Restart Windows. I also restarted my airpods before I rebooted, and re-connected them to windrows to have a clean slate on both accounts. Then made my test call with teams and it worked.

Same issue here and reported to MS.

Since the last Teams update none of mij Airpods pro 2 are working. (Yeah I got two)

So it's definetly not an Airpods issue. But we all know that here.

I quickly received the answer from MS after reporting my issue:

If you’re asking a question, take the time to give us a detailed description of your issue and how we can best help you.

    AKA fake promises.

Everyone in my company has the same issues with the Airpods pro 2.

But teams on my phone doesn't seem to have that issue

    FIX IT !!!!!!

    Maybe this is worth trying.

I know MS should fix it.

That isn't an option on an iMac or a MacBook...

Teams is the only app that has this issue - all others work beautifully.

Best workaround: I moved my meetings from Teams to Zoom. No more frustrations.
