My Airpods Gen 4 is very soft when I am on a Teams call in the app, all the other apps work fine, Chrome and YouTube and even the sound when I am calling someone. When the call is answered the sounds goes down and is set to 100% but I struggle to hear. The Teams on the Web's sound works fine. Thus this is not a problem with the Airpods. Kindly assist how I can fix the Teams app.

    This does not solve the issue. It is not an AirPod problem, it is a Teams issue. The volume of the AirPods is always at maximum.

    this worked for me as well. Has anyone had any issues after they disabled the device driver? did the issue return?
