My Airpods Gen 4 is very soft when I am on a Teams call in the app, all the other apps work fine, Chrome and YouTube and even the sound when I am calling someone. When the call is answered the sounds goes down and is set to 100% but I struggle to hear. The Teams on the Web's sound works fine. Thus this is not a problem with the Airpods. Kindly assist how I can fix the Teams app.

    this is definitely THE fix!! i have been trying to get my Gen 4 airpods be louder when using Teams and nothing worked apart from this. i would like to add however, that you need to be the admin of your computer of laptop to be able to change this setting, so in case you are like me, you will need the assistance of your IT department to be logged in as admin, but once you change it, your sounds on Teams will be loud and clear!!!

    change the Mic not to be the AirPods one and it will fix it ... .sounds stupid but it does work

    Nadine,

    seems we have all tried the above and not getting a solution. I wanted to reiterate that all the the other applications work fine just teams seems to significantly be lower/softer.

    I searched on Apple community and found another solution, at least it worked immediately for me (I too tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked).

    Disable pairing from your PC

    Double tap

    wait 2 seconds

    Double tap

    wait 2 seconds

    Double tap

    (this resets airpod)

    Re-pair it

    Them boom it's loud and clear!
