My Airpods Gen 4 is very soft when I am on a Teams call in the app, all the other apps work fine, Chrome and YouTube and even the sound when I am calling someone. When the call is answered the sounds goes down and is set to 100% but I struggle to hear. The Teams on the Web's sound works fine. Thus this is not a problem with the Airpods. Kindly assist how I can fix the Teams app.

Hey, I am experiencing the same issue and followed all these steps as well. No luck unfortunately. All other applications are working correctly, just Teams is extremely soft
