My Airpods Gen 4 is very soft when I am on a Teams call in the app, all the other apps work fine, Chrome and YouTube and even the sound when I am calling someone. When the call is answered the sounds goes down and is set to 100% but I struggle to hear. The Teams on the Web's sound works fine. Thus this is not a problem with the Airpods. Kindly assist how I can fix the Teams app.

    This means that users of AirPods 4 have to choose between two options: either use the headphones with normal sound but with the microphone disabled, or use the microphone but with extremely low sound quality. I can't believe that with such a large and capable team, there hasn't been any action taken to address this issue. Very disappointing.

    I searched on Apple community and found another solution, at least it worked immediately for me (I too tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked).

    Disable pairing from your PC

    Double tap

    wait 2 seconds

    Double tap

    Double tap

    (this resets airpod)

    Re-pair it

    Them boom it's loud and clear!

    The only way I got the AirPod Pro to work in MS Teams was to right-click on the speaker icon on the taskbar; select volume mixer; check that output device and input device were both set to Headset (AirPods Pro). I then removed the airpods in the Bluetooth setting, and then re-install via Bluetooth.

    Yes it does work, but not the greatest solution, as your mic quality is then poor.

    There must be a better solution?
