Hey folks, I ended up finding a good solution: my work let me switch to a Macbook Pro.
Teams doesn't have this issue for macOS. Though it does still do some weird stuff.
If I had a choice, I would never use Teams again. It's such a hassle and ruins my 8+ meetings a day.
Still a prevalent issue 1-9-24. Would love to see @Microsoft jump back into the conversation
