Organize chats

I'd like to group chats together, not people.

I know this has been asked before, but the solution provided is not working anymore.

I get both personal chat messages and group chats chat messages from several hundred people and would like to categorize them to find, e.g. all messages from a certain group. I found that I can make Contact Groups, which means I can group several contacts into one group, but I cannot add "group chats" to such a contact group. How do I do this? thanks.

    You can create and organize sections now with the latest update. However, not everyone in my business can use this feature.     I'm hoping for the same thing. Have clients and multiple work groups within our company that need to be organized. It's a long scrolling thru both the Chats and the hundreds of Teams my company has to find anything. Even the filter feature is bad if I don't recall the name/spelling of the person/team. Needs a feature update!! It's very clunky to work in. I also have Webex teams and it's the same issues there although there it's just people and chats, not groups with channels and documents.

    Yes, this is definitely a feature that I need. Just having Pinned and Recent isn't cutting it any longer.

    I would like to group individual chats into logical groups -> Project X, Project Y, Customer A, Customer B etc.

    It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to implement?!

    Great point! This is kind of what I was trying to show with multiple topics. In this case Group topic contains two different topics or chats. Maybe I did not express this clearly. But I agree. I would like to have a group for Meetings that contains all the meetings I am involved with or need to reference frequently.
