There is any way to change the sound of Teams notification?

Personally, it causes me discomfort and even headaches upon prolonged exposure. Because I want to hear the phone calls. I just don't want to hear "ping, ping, ping, ping" from people incapable of sending more than a few words in one message.

why don't you disable the sound?

Unfortunately this no longer works. Got an update to Teams with a brand new horrible sound, and checked my sound settings only to find the original notification is still there, so it's no longer getting its sound from the same place. Is there a way to fix this update and revert the program to using the windows sound setting? I tried in Teams settings to change it to Windows settings there but all it did was change the visual pop up and put two notification sounds on top of each other.

I can understand you concern. Currently the Teams system is set to be, only Android mobile devices are able to choose what type of sound plays for notifications.
