I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

This has been impacting my team as well. I'm the sole Mac user; all others are on Windows. We observe this problem both with our desktop clients and on the web browser client. We all began experiencing it in December.

This is not a client issue. It's clear that something involving video compression/caching has changed at the server and/or network level.

    It's giving me a headache.

    Same issue here...

MacBook Pro, 2.2Ghz Icore, Ventura 13.1, Teams Version 1.5.00.33356, inbuilt webcam

Choppy video (mine & theirs)... simply unusable and after 5 minutes nausea sets in. Have had to go to a old windows laptop until solved :-(

You can use the web version by going to teams.microsoft.com. It is not choppy in the web version.
