I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

All that I know is that we have an open ticket with Microsoft (our company). Microsoft can reproduce the issue in house but they don't have a solution yet. They recommend anyone with an Intel Mac, use the browser version of Teams. It seems most if not all Intel Macs are out of warranty so maybe they are just banking on people upgrading their hardware (I kid, but maybe there is some truth to this).

Does anyone know how to speak to someone at MS? They seem to make it impossible to find a human to talk to, It just tells me to contact my administrator - I am a small business owner- I am my administrator.

Is there anyone at Microsoft reading this?

I doubt it. These forums seem to exist purely as a one-way thing. It's quite odd. The best you'll usually get is another user who can help, but as this stems from something much deeper I guess there's nothing else we can do.
