I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

Hello all! - Problem fixed with Preview version 1.6.00.4464 (Business Version)
My machine:
MacPro2019
MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
To make the long story long:
That is encouraging news, and I really hope we get resolution in an update soon. I'm not part of the preview update channel as my system is company managed so still at 1.6.00.1159.
This morning I fired up teams to join a meeting and my camera froze and the participant list wasn't updating but apparently as I was trying to figure out what was happening 15 people had already joined and could hear me. I had to force quit Teams twice to get into the meeting and then when I finally did.... all video frames were jittery like it has been since mid December. I really miss Google Hangouts and Zoom. Ugh.
I am no longer experiencing the issue.
You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.4414-E. It was last updated on 2023-02-16.
I am on the preview update channel.

So we got a note back from Microsoft... I'll paraphrase:
"The product team has developed an update which is expected to be part of an update to the Teams client expect in early March which should address the issue which was related to a change to enable dynamic composition where we skip the composing of a frame if there are no changes. For Mac we need to lock the CVPixelBuffer that represents the composited frame. There was an issue where we were potentially missing the unlocking of a locked pixel buffer before we presented it to display. This resulted in the visual artifacts."
