I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

Does anyone at Microsoft even review and respond to this forum?

If not, is there a better means of reporting bugs against the current Teams Mac client?

I'm having exactly the same problem, also started 12/12/22. I'm a sign language interpreter so having the incredibly jittery incoming video means I can't use Teams for work currently.

I've done everything suggested: Uninstalled and reinstalled Teams, updated Teams, cleared the cache, deleted Teams folder (~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft), checked keychain for Microsoft teams Identities (didn't have it).

I've also reset the router, tried with internal and external cameras, checked Disable GPU Hardware Acceleration in MS Teams settings.

It's not bandwidth as I currently have 132.7 Mbps download speed, 22.4 Mbps upload, and the MS Network connectivity test tells me that "no one in nearby locations have better network connectivity to Microsoft 365 than your location"!

This is a straight forward bug experienced by Apple users when using Teams. Please acknowledge, escalate, and provide a fix.

Will someone from Microsoft please make version 1.5.00.31156 available to revert to? This video jumping problem is really a headache maker!

Exactly the same issue with 1.5.00.33356 on an Intel MacBook Pro, reinstalling 1.5.00.31156 fixed the issue.

You tube posted above is same symptoms.

Trying all the usual: reinstall, cache clear etc. didnt work.

MacOS version also made no difference (12.6 and 13.1).

I followed your instructions but the issue persists. The issue occurs with my external camera, my built-in camera, and my video turned off (since it also happens to my coworkers' video as well.)

Also, my coworkers said I look fine on their end.

I can't use the web app from Edge on a Mac. But the Chrome version does not appear to have this choppy frame rate. It seems like it is a video bug for the Mac app only.
