Why is the "NEW" Teams so horrible??

The new Teams is giving me so many issues. Its slow, keeps exiting me out of the app, and the worst thing is that there is no longer a plug in on my Outlook to allow me to make meetings Teams meetings.

PLEASE can you add the plug in button back into Outlook to allow me to make my calendar invites teams meetings?

I agree the new teams has more issues than solutions. Seriously disappointed in MS.

We are encountering various issues in "New" Teams:

• With Tabs on "New" Teams that brings in a list and Plumsail form. In "New" Teams, the list and form will not open, just sits blank. If the user goes to the SharePoint site or browser, there's no problem. We have no problem in the old Teams.
• I see an issue where in old Teams, I could select/hover over the Teams icon and it would show members, settings icons, but in "New" Teams, there's nothing. This is extremely helpful if you are an owner on many Teams sites and you don't have to scroll through all the sites to find the main site to "Manage Channel" with "...". I wish that each location that has the "... > Manage Channel", it would give you the same info, but doesn't, even on old Teams.
• When trying to switch between sites in "New" Teams, it won't change unless I select the "General" channel. Not sure if very slow or just isn't working.

Yes, there are some nice new things, but I don't believe this is ready. Our users are just frustrated as they are prompted for "New" and then have to switch back to old. Is Microsoft trying to compete with the Slack updates and pushed this before ready? You have to wonder. Was their extensive usability testing?

I have tried it but never even got off the ground.

A) I cannot see ANY video at all. Others see me, but I cannot see myself or anyone else. I just get black rectangles where the video should be.

B) All GUI text is blurred. But not always. It seems to vary with where focus is. I have never seen this effect on any other app. It makes it almost impossible to work with - even disregarding the failing video.

I have tried scaling settings, I have made sure all drivers etc are up to date. So far no result.

Unfortunatley, we have corporate roll-out so I am constantly nagged to switch to the new - horrible - version. Not good when you work remotely.

Agreed. The New Teams has been ineffective, slower, more tedious than ever before. I kept reverting to the OLD version so I at least new the expectations and could navigate swiftly but NOW - the NEW TEAMS is forcing me to switch back to the NEW (WORSENED) version. PROBLEMS:

• Groups chats you DELETED in the OLD version, REAPPEAR in the NEW, forcing you to have to painstakingly go back to each one, repeat alllllll those steps to RE-remove participants, RE-leave chats, RE-label to archive and RE-DELETE all the chats you already got rid of in the old version. What an incredible waste of time and energy.
• There is NO DELETING chats with only 2 participants and you can't HIDE chats with only 2 participants. Why? Who knows. You're stuck with it in your chat list. Every try results in "WE COULDN'T DELETE YOUR CHAT. TRY AGAIN LATER."
