Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication
I've had exactly the same issue regarding the video feed problem on the "New" Teams. IT at my work has also reinstalled Teams and the problem persists

Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

I can't download any files in the NEW Teams. Teams Classic works fine. Going back!
The web browser version doesn't let you change device settings. When downloading the desktop app it just gives me the ups something went wrong try again or sign out. This app is such **** trash it is unbelievable.
I don't use it to connect to calls, etc. - All I know is the that new interface is MUCH harder to arrange things efficiently in. I can't pin channels I need to keep track of. I can't easily scroll the list panel of Teams I am in looking for bold items that mean I haven't read them.
Meanwhile, I changed back to the OLD Teams on one machine that I use to remote in, but that doesn't work because then it doesn't keep up with what I might've typed into or changed at another machine.
UGH. This is the absolute worst MS "update" of something I use that I've experienced in all my years in IT.
I've tried 'new' teams a couple of times and quickly switch back as I can't access my list of contacts from the chat tab at the top like I can on current teams. Microsoft keep changing things and moving things around. Why can't you just leave things where they are ?
