Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

Say your product sucks without saying it sucks...after we were originally told Classic Teams would stop working March 1st, it's now July 1st. Why? Because they know NEW TEAMS IS BROKEN!

a discount, free stuff, or a refund would be a good way to keep customers satisfied and improve their diminishing reputation...

We won't be able to go to the classic Teams after July, so that's useless advice. Sums up Microsoft - nothing personal!

I don't know if it helps anyone, but I just saw a new issue in new Teams. I had a meeting scheduled, but I could not join. It said to login. But I was already logged in. I restarted Teams and it was working and I could chat, but again had to login to join the meeting. I did login and could join the meeting. Is this a known issue, that meetings and calls require an additional login?
