Why is the "NEW" Teams so horrible??

Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

    The interface is so laggy. Often I'll click on a conversation, and find out after typing and hitting enter, it never switched. OR it refocuses on the list and the things I typed instead started filtering through the list, or it lags in general and brings my computer to a crawl on its knees. They keep stuffing more and more features and add-ons that are half-baked and buggy, yet people start using it and relying on it then generating tons of tickets because the feature stopped working or lost data or what have you. Literally awful. This product is embarrassingly horrid.

    During calls the lines dividing up the video panels are not in line with the video of the people. The blue lines are in the individula streams. And my video playback to myself isn't showing.

    • Repeatedly drops audio in calls, must restart the app
    • After a while, can't reset my status
    • Spellcheck didn't work at first, now is intermittent

    Everything in NEW teams is slow, it uses consistently more memory than previous version of teams. Its slow between clicks and takes its sweet time bringing up each chat you click on. New teams removed saved messages from older versions of teams. Oh, but in 2 weeks, we'll all be forced to use this mess of a program with no options to revert. Gold medal microsoft, you win the gold medal....

    Thanks, Micros**k for providing yet more evidence why you shouldn't be allowed to purchase other products and rebrand them. Its evident you are incapable of creating anything on your own that's halfway decent, and anytime you change or update any product you consistently make it worse than it was before.

    Do not ever buy products like Discord, Slack, etc... all you'll do is ruin them. Microsoft is like the student that still gets an F on the test even though they copied the straight A student's answers.
