Are you using Windows? I'm on an iMac and my AirPod Pros are working great.

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

I was just able to successfully use my new Airpods to hear and speak on a Zoom meeting. Had to make sure Zoom Audio was set to use the Airpods but no other actions were necessary. My company pays for Teams and Skype but I will start using the currently-free Zoom for all my meetings instead.
So, Microsoft, we Airpod owners do have other options!
This does not solve the issue though.
my company does not use zoom.

I just tested it and I was able to use my Air Pod Pros to listen to a voicemail in Teams.
My Airpods work for calls on my iphone MS Teams app, but noticed that if i try to listen to voicemail i cant hear anything. Do you have the same issue?
