Will Teams add a draw on screen feature when sharing a screen

We are financial advisors who like to highlight things on a clients account or plan when having a virtual meeting.  Currently we have to use Go-To Meeting to allow us to draw or highlight data to call it out.  Has MS Teams considered adding a feature to allow users to highlight or draw on a shared screen which may be a document or website?

White Board is not a bad temporary work around, but it is not a solution to this issue. Probably the only feature that gives Slack an edge over Teams.

Why do you need this... when the person is sharing screen you want to quickly communicate a change. the lack of this feature is slowing down productivity 10 fold and I am suggesting my company reverts back to Slack because of it. Seeing the large number of complaints is telling me two things, you are aware of the issue and you are not making an effort to resolve

Yeah, this is a crucial missing feature.

Since Slack is the only conferencing software I know of that has this functionality, I would guess that some of Slack's patents make it difficult to implement this without a very technical legal team reviewing the architecture.

We use Slack to do this.  On a Slack call somebody can share their screen then anybody can draw on it with a simple drawing tool to highlight or pinpoint something on the shared screen.  Incredibly fast and useful.
